The following prices apply only for onsite computer repairs and pickups within our free pickup & delivery zone, or for drop-offs.
We will gladly repair onsite or pick-up outside of our delivery zone in Kennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock, Marietta, Canton, Holly Springs, Smyrna, and Vinings GA, but a $75 minimum labor charge will apply.
Jobs which require lengthy file transfers or scans (such as backups, antivirus removal, or the cloning of a new hard drive) must be performed in my repair shop, or hourly rates will apply.

Note: Because of the time required to perform the multiple scans, virus removal on desktops and laptops will be performed for the fixed prices below only at our repair shop.
The time required for on-site virus removal varies depending on the severity of the infection, and is billed at our regular hourly rate of $65 per hour ($75 for the first hour outside of our free delivery zone).
If you have an extremely tough infection, or your PC is running slowly, Option Two below is recommended instead, and may even be necessary.
