All other support issues will be handled on a 1st come 1st serve bases, M-T 9am-5pm by phone or email.
As a yearly Jaytech support customer, all of your support issues will be prioritized to the top of our queue.
If you have something to add to the site and we can do it in under 30 minutes, there is no charge.
If there is a charge, you will be billed with a -$20 per hour discount.
All projects will be quoted first.
