Thank you for all your help and excellent design out the Anderson's South Shore Resort website! Arc Northland worked with the Faster Solutions team, spearheaded by Andrea, to create and launch our new website. Andrea was professional, helpful, and patient with us, as we are a busy organization and time is tight. In Feb. of '19 I approached FS looking for updates to my website.
They admitted they did not know my site's coding language but assured me they would figure it out. After explicitly communicating that I didn't have the budget to pay for their education about the language, they assured me that it was no problem. We received a proposal of items to be updated and I promptly paid the retainer fee. Weeks went by without updates and I was told they were finishing another project.
No problem. Finally, I was paired with a designer. He did a great job while we exchanged a handful of emails and 2 phone calls. I was pleased with the design, but quite baffled when they told me that short process ate WAY more of my retainer fee than anticipated.
